OK - My understanding of the law is pretty simple. Criminal Law is "Common Law", which means golden rule which means you don't hurt others, interfere in their property or try to manipulate them or deceive them. Billing Cops, Judges, & other government tyrants?

If a government official orders a person to stop or come here? how would you bill them? hand them a bill? what would this bill look like? I know that I should put down as much info about the public servant as possible. But what about when they don't want to give any info other than their title and I am alone without witnessess? How would I serve them a bill for compliance? Through the court? Should I carry bills with me and bill them as soon as I comply? would I need to take it to court?I just h… Continue

Public servant brutality

Let it be known that on 17 of September 2009 at appx: 9:45pm in Albuquerque NM --502 Louisana Blvd. SE, Sergio F. my son was walking home and 2 violent public servants(cops) arrested my son on false charges and brutally and severely beaten him up. At the time a devilish cop pull-up along Sergio and asked him to stop. Sergio obeyed. The human right violator cop then asked him to pull-up his hand which sergio did without any resistance. Here's one!

The town I live in is very, very small...we have ONE stop light! (no kidding, it's downtown by the bank..) I walk when I'm bored or angry. This particular evening life was just too much so, you guessed it I took a walk.
